Bella's life plan for the week 3/5

Hello! Isn't that title an attention grabber? I took some inspo from Emily Mariko's {a gen Z social media sensation} weekly newsletter with the same title. I love the simplicity and matter of fact-ness of it. The lines between my business and personal life on socials are so blurred, I figured that this would make for a great weekly blog post to keep you in the loop of what is going on in my life + my biz. So ... here goes nothing.

This week will be all work with some major play thrown in towards the end.


Meal Plan - I'm working with Annie Adamson and her team member Erin doing her Divine Medicine Reset Program. I was feeling completely aimless and was in need of guidance to get my mind, body, spirit, eating, and movement practices on track. This has been one of the best investments in myself I've ever made. Erin helped me by creating a meal plan filled with whole foods I love that are nourishing for my body in my perimenopausal season, that are delicious and non restrictive and not associated with "dieting". So what am I eating this week? {*If you are an herbalist, a healer, a yoga enthusiast or teacher, please check out Annie's new program that starts soon: Primal Medicine Mastery Certification. I've seen the layout of this program and it is amazing.}


I always have 2 eggs cooked in ghee for breakfast. Snacks (2 per day) are greek yogurt with raspberries, natural peanut butter, and honey ~ and ~ carrot sticks, raw cheese & hummus. Because I am a creature of habit, I will rotate two or three different meals throughout the week for lunch and dinner. Lunches: Tuna on a gluten free wrap with avocado, cheese, tomato, lettuce or a grilled chicken salad with some sweet potato. Dinner: This week I'm doing turkey burgers with brown rice & baked Greek style chicken thighs with small red potatoes. I always make a small iceberg salad on the side of my dinner with cukes + tomatoes.


Movement - I have recently started doing three 10 minute stretch movements with one 30 minute hot girl walk daily. The walk is not always a "hot girl walk". Sometimes, it's a mental health walk. It just depends on the day.


Work Life


I am SOOOO excited to be putting the final touches on the labels of my Spring Equinox Oil. This blend has been a labor of love and I wanted to get the labels just right. After a few design rounds + ordering samples, I have landed on a label that I love. I'm ordering them today and once they arrive, I can begin making batches to be ready for sale. A few weeks ago, I was actively searching for a way to do co-working online. I'm alone over here in my studio all day. The silence can be overwhelming. I found an amazing opportunity to work with Solvieg Pederson in her Luminous Leaders Mastermind which had co-working time offered in addition to the group calls. OMG!!! I quickly invested in this opportunity because I have been following Solvieg for so long, and I just love the offerings she has shared. I've only just begun participating but deep in my heart I know that this will be fabulous for me as a solopreneur who craves company sometimes.


School - I am slowly logging in hours at my Aromatherapy Certification course. It is a self paced course so I do my school hours on Tuesday + Thursday. This course has been so beautiful and gentle. I hope to be done before my birthday in October. (If anyone is interested, I'm completing my certification at The School for Aromatic Studies).


For Fun - Later this week my family {My husband & I, my daughter & her boyfriend} are traveling to Atlantic City, NJ to celebrate my daughter + husband's birthdays. They were both born in March but she is a Pisces, he is an Aries. We plan to have cocktails, play some slots and enjoy breakfast at Serendipity 3 (I'm so looking forward to that!)
