This mist was created with essential oils and white rose hydrosol water to help you feel rooted in the present moment.
 
Life has a way of keeping us on our toes. There is always something to attend to or worries on our mind. I created this comforting mist during a time of feeling stuck in fear, old habits and limiting beliefs about a particular situation. I felt as if I was floating above myself and not really being in my body.
