10ml Rollerball Oil Blend
 
Four essential oils work together in this blend to help soothe tension headaches brought on by stress, nervousness & agitation.
 
Peppermint, Frankincense & Clove essential oils are known to have anti-inflammatory and pain relieving properties. Together they will work to ease the pain that a tension headache brings to the crown of the forehead. Lavender essential oil is known to be soothing, calming, and relaxing which is exactly what you need to alleviate the tension. 

In addition to the medicinal benefits, Peppermint oil will help you feel fresh, alert & open while the Frankincense supports you in feeling grounded.
 
How To Use Your Oil:
 
At the onset or during a tension headache, rub your roller ball bottle in the palm of your hand in circles getting a quarter size amount of oil and then rub hands together. Lift your hands to your face and slowly inhale then exhale three times. Repeat this every half hour until your headaches eases.
 
After your inhale routine, rub the roller bottle on your temples, forehead, the back of your neck and on your scalp coating with a thin layer of oil. Rub the oil in circular motion, massaging your skin firmly until the oil is absorbed. 
 
While I did formulate this aromatherapy blend to be a skin safe dilution by using a conservative percentage of essential oils, please patch test the oil on your hand or wrist prior to using it on your forehead and temples. Please do not use this oil close to your eyes and of course, do NOT ingest this oil.

Canada:  First Class Service via the USPS (14 - 20 days delivery time) is $20 USD
 
Shipping days are Tuesday through Friday.  Please allow 1-3 days of processing from the time you place your order until it makes it to the post office. *The USPS has announced that we should expect shipping delays beginning Oct. 2021 through the Holiday season. Please understand that once your package leaves my studio, I no longer have knowledge of where your package may be if it is delayed. Please hold on to your Tracking Info (emailed to you when your shipping label is created) to keep tabs on your package. I am always happy to help with shipping delays, but I cannot resolve them for you.
